Executive coaching often begins with a six-month engagement, consisting of regular coaching interactions and practices, both in-person and over the phone.  Schedules, focus and practices are designed around the executive’s particular concerns, interests and circumstances.

Team coaching involves initial facilitated discussions about the team’s perceived objectives and challenges. A program of facilitated business conversations, collaboration training, and individual and team coaching follows, conforming to business schedules and demands.
