COLLABORATIVE LEADERSHIP - Advanced Programs Custom tailored as a follow up to the Introductory Course, these programs support and advance the strategic aims of a management team, board, cross-functional work group. Emphasis is on expanding participants’ capacity to relate to the future in powerful ways, and to take bold new leadership action in strategic and commitment-enhancing ways.
INTRODUCTION TO BUSINESS COACHING Business coaching has become one of the most effective ways for organizations to consistently improve the performance of individuals and teams, from senior executives to line staff. This workshop introduces participants to the basic distinctions, practices and the application of business coaching in organizations. This program sets the stage for more in-depth training of coaches within an organization, which may include certification courses for internal business coaches or facilitators.
COLLABORATIVE ACTION LABS Collaborative Action Labs provide an opportunity for managers or line staff from different departments to raise and address critical business issues, opportunities or challenges within a facilitated conversational context. The focus of these labs is two-fold:
- To facilitate participants in brainstorming, strategizing, planning and/or committing to specific actions related to their topics of concern, and;
- To enable participants to concurrently learn and practice new collaborative competencies, within the context of their important business issues and challenges.
These Labs are exceptionally effective at building trust, cross-functional interaction, and alignment within management and cross-functional teams.
LEADING AT THE CENTER OF CHANGE This course introduces participants to proven emotional, intellectual and physical leadership practices for leading and managing effective change in organizations and in life.
