How long has Grayson James Consultants been in business?
Grayson James has been working with executives and organizations throughout the US, Europe and Latin America for more than fourteen years. Grayson James Consultants have many decades of combined experience in organizational leadership, management, facilitation, training, coaching and consulting.
Mr. James founded Grayson James Consultants (formerly Lumin Associates) in Sonoma County, in 1997, so that he could work with companies closer to home and to his then-newborn son. Since then, he and his consultant associates have worked with a number of prominent Bay Area organizations, as well as companies abroad.
